Volkswagen has introduced a new app called We Connect Go, designed to offer plug-and-play connectivity to your Volkswagen vehicle from 2008 onwards. The app, together with the DataPlug, provides various vehicle data, warning symbols, upcoming service intervals, and appointment scheduling with authorized Volkswagen workshops. The app also enables you to navigate with ease, ensuring greater safety in case of an emergency thanks to direct contact with the national 24-hour breakdown service or the Volkswagen service hotline.
We Connect Go comes with a range of digital tools, including a fuel monitor and electronic logbook with automatic recording and export function. Additionally, it helps you drive more efficiently and save fuel with statistics, driving style analysis, and challenges. The app is available for free, and all you need to do is insert the DataPlug into your vehicle’s diagnostic connection, register in the app, and connect your smartphone to your Volkswagen via Bluetooth.
